With a BTB team member present all weekend, you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Our decor packages are perfect for those who want to add a touch of elegance and style to their event without the hassle of planning the setup. Let us help you create an unforgettable atmosphere that will leave your guests in awe.

Expect Next

One of our team members will be contacting you within 1-2 business days.
We will work out all details, make sure we are free the week of your party, and land on a package custom to you.
Once the deposit invoice is paid and contract signed you’re officially on our calendars and planning begins!
We will onboard you to your client portal and get started on your planning.
The Fine Print
A 50% deposit is required to secure the investment of the package, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your party.
Additional expenses will be collected 4 weeks prior to your event or at time of individual vendor deposits.
Please note that the prices of our packages are an investment in our planning and coordination services. All additional expenses for the event itself, such as decor, groceries, alcohol, travel fees, and accommodations, are not included and will be billed separately.
Our standard party length is 3 days. Parties extending beyond this duration will be considered extended packages and will incur additional fees.
Additional fees may apply for holiday weekends, joint bachelor and bachelorette parties, and rush bookings made less than one month before your party to cover expedited planning and coordination.
For any travel, the BTB team must be booked at the same hotel or an equivalent level of accommodation as the bachelorette party, and flights must be scheduled at reasonable times.
Depending on the start time of the event, an extra on site day may be required for planning and coordination, taking into account time zones, travel, and the complexity of the event.
